Finished accept for buttons, only just wearable as really tight. I'm a size 8 and though small to medium would allow for yard substitution, could have definitely gone up to medium , oh well might inspire me to lose the 4-5 kgs I've put on

Hi Rachel, Just saw your comment on my blog but couldn't find an email address for you.
I used apple cider vinegar for quite a long time some years ago but couldn't see any appreciable difference. I might give it anther try for a while. I did use it as a final rinse in my hair and it's great. Use pure soap from Bee Beauty in Tasmania and then the vinegar rinse. Smell goes as it dries and the result is lovely.
